Are your charms imported?
No, all the jewelry charms you find on this website are handmade by myself.
What is polymer clay?
Polymer clay is a sculptable, pliable medium. It is sold in a wide assortment of colors in square blocks. Its unbaked form resembles that of Play-Doh.
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes, I always welcome wholesale orders. Please fill in this form and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
Do you offer giftwrapping?
Tiny Hands provides free giftwrapping services with every order. Your jewelry always comes packed in a beautiful jewelry gift box tied shut with satin ribbon in either color of pink, gold or beige.
How come I don't see how much stock is available for each product?
This is because all Tiny Hands jewelry are made to order. Due to the nature of our business, we can only make your jewelry when we receive your order. Please allow up to two weeks for your jewelry to be made.
Do your scented charms stain clothes?
No, not at all! The scent is absorbed into the jewelry, and the jewelry pieces are coated with a protective glossy finish.
How do you scent your jewelry?
I'm afraid I cannot show you how I scent my charms. I have spent countless hours researching and experimenting the techniques and have found the perfect way. Just like any crafter who is trying to earn (some kind of) a living, letting go fundamental how-to secrets (trade secrets) like these would negatively impact our business.
Is your jewelry water resistant?
Yes, they are indeed! But of course, I wouldn't recommend you to go swimming with your Tiny Hands bracelet on.
So what's so great about your handmade products? Most jewelry out there aren't made by machines either.
The beauty behind all independent, single-handed (most of the time) handmade craftsters (such as myself) is that we do not produce our items in mass. You are guaranteed one-of-a-kind, special and truly unique products. Most jewelry that you see contain beads or charms that were not made by the sellers themselves. At Tiny Hands we make every single charm and bead that goes on to your jewelry piece.
What payment methods do you accept?
At Tiny Hands we accept major credit cards like Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We use Paypal to process your payments.
How do I browse on your site?
Tiny Hands jewelry are categorized by Accessory Type (necklaces, earrings, phonestraps, bracelets, charms, rings, sets). You may also choose to browse by Color or Flavor as you see on the sidebar.
What are your shipping rates?
We understand that when you shop online, you are required to pay hefty shipping fees that almost make your original purchase not so worth while anymore. But here at Tiny Hands, I want to offer you a low flat rate fee of only $3.00 for orders in the USA, and $4.50 everywhere else.
How do I track my orders?
Sign in to your registered account and you will see a Order History page. This will show you detailed information about your order.
What is the Custom category?
In the Custom category, you will find some of Tiny Hands' charms that are available for you to design on your own, like our "Make Your Own Custom Scented Cupcakes". In this category, you can choose what accessory type you'd like for your charm. You get discounts when you order more than one charm!
How do I order custom jewelry from Tiny Hands?
You will first need to contact me with your ideas and from there we will communicate via email. I always welcome custom orders so feel free to ask! I do occasionally request for a deposit depending on your order.
How long will my custom jewelry take to be made?
If you would like for your custom order to be put in the regular orders schedule then you will have to make a deposit to secure yourself a place in the said schedule. Otherwise I will be taking up to four weeks to create your custom jewelry. Please understand that custom jewelry takes longer to process because in creating new designs, we have to consider color mixes of the polymer clay and the functionality of your design. We strive to create for you jewelry that you can treasure and love, so we hope you understand!
